Ive been doing pretty damn well so far

Minecraft

I decided to make a 256 x 256 size world

The thing is with that I can't go to nether or end so my resources are very limited ive gotten a sustainable source of fuel and food by

food

Growing crops not a lot of food as we speak but will make food a non issue in the long run

fuel

In Minecraft you can turn logs into charcoal

and wood is a sustainable resource as well so fuel is not a issue

tw self harm

Also the the point of the challenge has kind of disappeared because I was doing this to stop using r/selfharmscars to trigger myself into self-harming but there's a reddit proxy so I can use that to trigger myself but alas I'll keep doing this :)

Regarding the self harm, have you tried blocking this specific page? if you are on linux it can be done by simply modifying /etc/hosts, but I know there are some tools out there that do the blocking for you and make it harder for you to circumvent it.
