07 May 2021 Today's workshop was surprisingly fun. It was focused on trying to imagine alternative ways of thinking about our current issues. Defining architectures, working around resource issues and all that stuff no one wants to think about when the tantalising technical problems exist. It was a good laugh and nice to be with people. I still don't want to return to the office full time. The lights for one was starting to drive me mad. One of the fun things which happened was trying to name the product line. A collegue suggested teenage mutant ninja turtles as names... it stuck. Our boss saw it and seemed to like it but was concerned about using artists names. Everyone else realised where this came from! After work, we all went for a drink. Yes! A drink with people. I had a rather delicious session IPA from Purity. Proper thick and juicy affair. It was great being able to hang around with people again. I am knackered though.
