Another good post[1] over at Zen Habits[2]. This time about finding a little personal quiet time in our hectic lives.
I think I would prefer the early morning routine, but that would require some large-ish lifestyle changes. I got up today at 6:30, went running, and am now (at 9:45) trying my darnedest to not fall asleep at my keyboard.
I must not be doing it right.
