Grace Marie Canning (née McIvor), 12 Bawn Court, Ballykelly
The death has taken place of Grace Marie Canning (née McIvor), 18th
March 2023, (peacefully) at Altnagelvin Hospital surrounded by her
loving family. Beloved wife of Pat. Loving mother of Declan,Stephen,
Mary, Ann, Bernadette, Laura and the late Mark R.I.P. and a much loved
grandmother. Dear sister of Micky, Kathleen, and the late Patrick,
sister-in-law of Bridie, Carol and the late Connine. R.I.P. Deeply
regretted by all the family circle. Private family time from 10.00pm to
10.00am please. Funeral from her home, 12 Bawn Court, Ballykelly on
Tuesday at 9.20am for Requiem Mass at 10.00am in St Finlough’s Church
Ballykelly followed by interment in adjoining Cemetery. Family flowers

Brenda Kealey, 2 Glenlea Park, Limavady
The death has taken place of Brenda Kealey, 17th March 2023, late of 2
Glenlea Park, Limavady. Loving mother of Denise and Marc. A much loved
grandmother of Andrea, Lauren, Chloe, and Brennon, and a
great-grandmother. Daughter of the late Arthur and Betty. R.I.P. Much
loved sister of Pauline. Deeply regretted by all the family circle.
Private family time from 10.00pm to 10.00am please. Funeral will leave
from her daughters home: 51 Roemill Gardens, Limavady on Monday at
9.30am for Requiem Mass at 10.00am in St Mary’s Church followed by
interment in adjoining Cemetery. Queen of the most Holy Rosary Pray for
her.
George Logue, Station Road, Doneybrewer
The death has taken place of George Logue, 19th March 2022,
(peacefully) at Altnagelvin Hospital aged 103, late of Station Road,
Doneybrewer, beloved son of the late Thomas and Margaret, loving
brother of the late Rose, Willie, Charlie, Nellie, Tommy, Patrick,
Peggy and Bridie and a much loved uncle, great-uncle and
great-great-uncle. Family and friends are welcome to pay their respects
at W J O’Brien & Son’s Funeral Home, 110 Clooney Road, Eglinton, on
Monday from 6.00pm - 8.00pm. His remains will then be removed at 8.00pm
to Star of the Sea Church, Faughanvale. Requiem Mass will be celebrated
there on Tuesday at 12noon. Interment afterwards in the adjoining
cemetery. Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu of flowers, if
wished, to Friends of Altnagelvin (Ward 42) C/o Mr Brian Moran, MDEC

May McCandless (née Connolly), 51 Strand Terrace, Coleraine
The death has taken place of May McCandless (née Connolly), 18th March
2023, (peacefully) at Causeway Hospital, late of 51 Strand Terrace.
Beloved wife of the late David Ronald and loving mother of Veronica,
Ronnie, Anna May, Deidre and the late Willie. Funeral from her daughter
Anna May’s residence, 108 Castleroe Road, on Tuesday at 9.15am for
10o’clock Requiem Mass in St. John’s Church, Coleraine followed by
interment in adjoining cemetery. Our Lady of Lourdes pray for her.
Sadly missed and cherished by her sorrowing son, daughters,
sons-in-law, daughter-in-law, grandchildren and entire family circle.

Bridget McDowell (née McCauley), 13 Clonliffe Park, Culmore, Derry
The death has occurred of Bridget McDowell (née McCauley), 19th March
2023, beloved wife of the late George, 13 Clonliffe Park, Culmore,
loving mother of Pat, Willie and Barry, mother-in-law of Deirdre and
Jackie and a much loved grandmother, great-grandmother and sister.
Bridget’s wake will take place in her home on Monday from 1.00pm to
10.00pm. Funeral from there on Tuesday at 10.15am for 11o’clock Requiem
Mass in St Mary’s Church, Ardmore. Interment afterwards in the
adjoining cemetery. The mass can be viewed live via the church webcam.

Betty Murray (née McGill), 9 Mullaghboy Crescent, Magherafelt
The death has taken place of Betty Murray (née McGill), 19th March
2023, beloved wife of the late Emmet and loving mother of Donna (Wade),
daughter of the late Catherine and Mickey Paddy McGill and dear sister
Nuala Henry. Funeral from her home, 9 Mullaghboy Crescent on Tuesday,
21st March at 10.30am for 11.00am Requiem Mass in Church of our Lady of
the Assumption via webcam at Webcam – Magherafelt Parish, interment
afterwards in cemetery at Church of St John Milltown. Sacred Heart of
Jesus have mercy on her soul. Deeply regretted by her daughter, son in
law Danny Wade, grandchildren Colleen (Ryan), Darragh (Cieveen), great
granddaughter Reevah, sister, nephews, nieces and extended family
circle.
