It's a tiny spin-off for the visual novel Heart of the Woods, which I wrote about not too long ago.
Heart of the Woods on gardenapple's Linux and low-spec-ish gaming
"I Told You So!" is the name of Tara Bryck's paranormal investigation webshow, after renaming her hit series "Taranormal." Join Tara and her co-host/girlfriend, Morgan Fischer, as they unravel the mysteries of the supernatural.
ITYS consists of several short, dubiously-canon episodes, with more added every now and then. Many episodes are fully voiced by the original voice cast.
Spin-off is a generous word for this, it's really just extra/fanservice content.
When I finished this "game" 3 months ago I did not even give it a rating on HLTB (which is unusual of me considering my pathological need to put all of my video game experiences on a 1-to-10 scale for whatever reason). Probably because this is just too detached from video games and also too detached from visual novels as there is no story here, just ~20 minutes of side content. It really do be cute tho, so guess I should've given it a high rating?
It's also just interesting as a quasi-4th-wall-breaking thing. Heart of the Woods is a story about a fictional web series, where two girls look at "evidence of paranormal activity" sent in by presumably fictional fans. In this spin-off, the fictional show is blended with them reviewing actual fan-made art and even memes, which feels pretty surreal.
I dunno, I guess I can recommend this if you enjoyed Heart of the Woods? (and if you are okay with very (c|h)orny "haha we're so gay!" jokes). I will leave it without a rating though as this mostly doesn't count as a game to me (and I don't remember enough about it to rate it now anyway)
