Things I did today

Gym progress: heavy upper

Incline bench: 95 x 6 -> 100 x 5

Felt quite weak today for some reason. Possibly because of my increased incline bench intensity. I think I've progressed it to the point where I'm actually using all my strength for it, whereas before I was just getting used to the new movement. That means that I should expect all my other upper body lifts to stall or dip a little bit, at least for a while. Also only got around 6.5 hours of sleep, which definitely affected things.

Sous vide salmon

A quick 115F sous vide, with some salt an olive oil. Tasted quite incredible for the minimal prep involved.

Fucked up chilli

I managed to fuck up chilli. Tired cooking is not good cooking.

Med school progress

Was not able to make too much progress today, since it was grocery shopping and meal prep day. Also, the lack of sleep was sorely felt in the evening. I am certainly not one of those genetic freaks that require only 4 hours of sleep a night.
