ham_convert released in the Version 1.9.0.

New in this version: HAM conversion improvements, additional supported input formats, fixed image reload, bug fixes.

HAM modes: additional CIELAB color distance based on CIE76, but instead of Euclidean measure a hybrid approach where a taxicab distance is used between the lightness and the chroma plane. It is listed as hybrid taxicab (name subject to change).
HAM modes: optionally permit starting line with modify operation (modifies border color instead of previous pixel) for better quality.
Fixed input image not being reloaded from disk after first conversion.
Additional supported input formats: bmp, tiff, jpeg2000.
Various minor bug fixes.
