Finally get around to adding a bunch of topics.
Finally I managed to add more the one world news topic.
Add gmi extension to all the urls as the specification indicates that clients use this to
determine the type of content they are requesting is gemini.
Add cache support to improve performance.
Add the Washington Post gemini page.
Include additional topics so that I can add more news feeds. Add a github action so that now
all my commits auto-deploy to the production system. I don't have to logon to production to perform
the release.
Pre-fetched the news feeds so that the gemini page is faster.
Initial release includes the latest news feeds.
