I've had such a fucking day. I have a somewhat crippling anxiety disorder and I spent all day thinking I was having a heart attack. I threw up when I came home for lunch and skipped the rest of the day at work. Here a little bit ago I took an acetaminophen and a shower and I feel completely better. It was likely a muscle in my back causing all this pain today and I'm so relieved I literally cannot stop laughing.

Although I think I might actually be sick. I'm having flu-like symptoms without any respiratory symptoms. This is how I felt when I had COVID back in November of 2020. I took one of the home tests and it was negative so... here's hoping I feel better tomorrow? · 7 months ago
I have that kind of back problem as well, where I feel it in my chest, it's horrible. COVID was a perfect storm of paranoia, not being able to get my usual amount of exercise and it being a disease that causes heart problems · 7 months ago
Feel you, I suffer from the same shit from time to time... it's hell on earth.... · 7 months ago
During covid times, there was some media scaremongering about men and heart problems. I got weirdly anxious, it sort of crept up on me. Every muscle twinge got me jittery, then I'd rationalise I'd e.g. just cycled 10 miles that morning or something like that. It was absurd, but the feelings were quite hard to shake. · 7 months ago
