I have started to cook. More specifically, I have started to cook vegetarian meals. I decided to cook vegetarian because my wife is an excellent cook. I knew I could never approach her expertise. I have been pleasantly surprised by how tasty vegetarian meals can be. Let me share some of my favorites.
Vegetarian meals do not sit well with everyone so I am branching out. You will see more and more non-vegetarian meals as time goes by.
