				Installation
=====================================================================

Copy the file X10NDA and the folder X10.Data to the Desk.Accs folder
on your boot volume and reboot. Select X10House from the Apple
menu and make your selections in the Preferences dialog. (If you are
not sure how to set the X10 port & printer port info, see the docs).
Select Do It, then restart X10House. Once the main panel has appeared,
enter the names of the devices being controlled. The names will be
saved to a file, X10House in the X10.Data folder.

If you are already using X10House v 2.0, then just copy X10NDA. Your
Preferences settings and device names will not be affected.

      NOTE:
Since X10House will not operate when it cannot detect the X10 unit
connected to the specified port, you could lock yourself out by
specifying the wrong port info in the Preferences dialog. The next
time X10House is started, it wouldn't be able to communicate with the
unit and would not continue. To remedy this problem, edit the file
X10House in the X10.Data folder with any text editor. Change the
first character in the first record to 'X' (capital X, no quotes) and
save it. This will force the Preferences dialog to appear the next
time you start X10House. DO NOT remove or otherwise change this record.

Deleting the X10House data file will also force the Preferences dialog
to appear, but you will lose any device names you have entered.

If you are printing the docs, Geneva 10 or 12 looks good.
