Archive: RG.GSFONT.SHK (Republic of Georgia Font) IIgs Font Name: TIFLIS.24 Author: Joe Davishvili Equipment:IIgs Needs: AWGS or other WP that uses IIgs fonts OS:GSOS Here is a unique font for two reasons. One, it is of the Georgian language, spoken in the Republic of Georgia, over near the mid-East, once part of the USSR. It is one of the oldest alphabets in the world, on of the origional 14. Second, type in lower case - get Georgian. Type in upper case, get the English transliteration, of sorts (hard to do in these sounds). But type your name and see what it looks like, then what it sounds like! I "drew" this font all point by point, and had it checked by some Georgian friends who teach Georgian in the US.
