All releases so far, including 1.3 which Joe Kohn has just posted
to c.b.a2, have not been able to launch "master" disks.
This has confused many people.
My suggestion to people not being able to launch disks which are
known to be standard DOS 3.3, is to copy another DOS image over
tracks 0, 1, and 2.
This can be done with Pronto DOS (from Beagle Brothers) for example.
Once this is done, copy the disk to a file again, and it should launch OK.

The good news is, that version 2.0 of DOS 3.3 Launcher (which is just
about to go beta) will be able to launch disk images of "master" disks.
