There is no such beast.  Only 4 MHz and 8 MHz versions of the ZIP CHIP
were ever made.  There was the Rocket Chip, made by Bits & Pieces, but
Zip sued it (and them?) out of existence.  The Rocket Chip came in 5
MHz and 10 MHz versions.

It is certainly not possible to buy the Rocket Chip new any more.  Last
I heard, MCTA (ex ZIP Technology) had run out of the 8 MHz ZIP chip,
but they might have them available again.

Either of them might be able from companies such as Alltech and Shreve:
