Subject: Great news from Apple Computer themselves regarding manuals From: hmag@ozemail.com.au (Terry Allen) Date: Fri, Oct 30, 1998 20�25 Message-id: <hmag-ya02408000R3110981325130001@news.ozemail.com.au> Alongside a number of projects I am involved with, I have been working with Apple Computer on the Apple II site & have been successful in gaining permission to reproduce any Apple II related manual online at the new Apple II site at http://www.educate.net.au/~apple2 We have been told that we are only allowed to reproduce the manuals at this location & that other sites wishing to do the same will have to seek permission themselves, including mirror sites. All manuals must be reproduced word for word includiing legal statements etc..., along with images used within the manuals, so if you have the equipment to OCR any Apple II manuals from Apple Computer & reproduce the images, then format them into HTML, please do so, then we can get them online at the Apple II site. Your assistance in adding more resources is appreciated by all concerned.
