September 23, 1990
if I should die before I wake
I hope that I might dream
of all the good I've ever done
of all that I have seen
and of the wrongs I have committed
and how to make them right
finally I hope to find
someone I can tell
all the things I ever felt
and all the rest as well
and if I die before I wake
I hope my dream is shared
experiences of the soul
are better naked bared
