pancakes

fun recipe, good for breakfast. i keep hearing people say they don't put peanut butter on their pancakes. it's something my family always does so i found that interesting! so yeah, try them with peanut butter & syrup, if you want to!

ingredients

1 cup milk
2 tsp baking powder
2 Tbsp melted butter
2 Tbsp sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup white flour
1 tsp vanilla

instructions

lightly beat milk, butter, and eggs in a bowl.
mix dry ingredients.
combine the dry and wet ingredients.
Spoon out some of the batter into a pan/skillet.
wait until the top of the pancake starts to bubble, then flip.
fry on this side for a while, and repeat until you have no more batter.
