I've published some docs which describe how I manage my gemlogs (and its atom feed) using bash scripts, so pretty much all I need to do is sepcify a good title, give a filename, and if I wish, a tag. Link to the docs:
Now that I think about it, I could probably just use a timestamp as a file name, a-la wordpress... Hmm... Easier! Well, easier after I've written the change... I digress, and that sounds an awful lot like something to do on another day :)
