you ��ve come on recruitment then
same spiel, same breath soft in the face
you died, so long ago
and come to recruit �� a light of it then
broken things scattered
fighting mind razed in
you move like splinters now
old wood burnished, edges
mere mimic of resin
of old, I feel the pattern flow
working me in
feel my heart go
and ten minutes further in
still fighting
clarity is breath on the face
warm beyond pulse
sweet from chalice
and like before, recruited
you ��re always, always winning
