This is a stand-alone C preprocessor based on code from the old
Decus C compiler. Two versions may be found in the cppDecus.shk archive,
an older one with source code, and a newer one without source code.
The old version was ported to the IIgs by Doug McIntyre,
<dougm@lakesys.lakesys.com>. It is unknown who ported the newer version.
