your grace, I fear the worst has come to pass
the blessing of your ring has gained in mass
it presses hard upon my waxen heart
your sigil slowly cooling now to glass
where dear I ��d whet my fealty as dart
each greening blade a lance unto the part
when frittered and belittled we did wall
from sight unto abysses without chart
your haste, I sear to witnesses in pall
soot decks our marbled hall in prints and gall
hard tongues upon our contracts now foresworn
licked warnings writ and signed in binding thrall
with spit and antimony done hereafter
ringed upon the promised ashen scatter
