when the grief comes, murder holds its breath
tempest under breast, a hive-bound, home-wound thing
graceful and sick, slithering in cross one ��s heart ��s lintel
beast confusion slick, querulous, whose sorrow this
quantum packet delivered, sliver hide-found
silver-warped side-owned, pairing undifferentiated
killing under tongue, held like nitroglycerine
that beats won ��t stiffen, quicken like meringue
emotion in the measured peaks of baked-in medicine
whittering under atmospheres leavened
heat ��s own brain-stop bubble rising, rushing
spin matched shift worn adrift, soft linen requested rewashed
an unrequited flavoring laving well-wrapped blisters
honey and microcosm-self disconnecting infection
one well-versed thread at a time, singing
move not on feeling undetermined, ebb-tined end nothing
salt and sweet refined, when that thief comes strumming
