having some expirience with it when wei leave a place it's because some need is not met (usually understanding from others) and avoiding the situation is easier because explaining or justifying the need is usually met with more misunderstanding.
a typical exit dm usually ends up with someone trying to minimize muir feelings, justifying harmful action, or empty concern that continues ignoring my needs.

are just some of the bs dm wei've had. usually with time either feelings change and wei rejoin , or wei better understand muir needs and boundries and leave permenantly
