~750g Chicken breast, cut into strips.
Aromat sprinkle
Mexican spices big sprinkle
Ginger and Garlic, couple of desert spoons
Sugar sprinkle.
Marinade for a while (optional, maybe few hours)
Cook on medium high heat in a little oil (maybe mustard oil).
Add yoghurt and mint sauce
Make a bed of crunchy salad in the middle
Add some minty yoghurt, then put some chicken strips across.
Wrap it up and cook in a sandwich toaster.
Add some lime, lemon, or maybe vinegar towards the end of cooking the chicken.
Maybe try adding a little hummus.
