Alpha release of a VT220-like Gemini Client

Want to browse Gemini from a VT220 terminal?

A VT220-like terminal for text-based content.

Lunar Rover is a VT220-like client made for browsing and subscribing to text-based content. It supports online and offline workflows alongside both Gemini and Spartan.

Lunar borrows much from the venerable VT220 (as well as gemini clients like AV98/Offpunk). VT220 features like orange phosphors and a font that matches the original multinational character set. An 80x30 character display (+6 rows from 80x24) and ray-traced chassis with an exaggerated display curvature.

Usage

Using Lunar is straightforward: type 'go <url>' at the prompt.

There are other commands to support offline browsing and touring. Type 'tutor' into Lunar's command line to learn more.

Alpha Gaps

Geared heavily towards subscriptions, Lunar has some gaps in this release. Reliance on WebGPU and a typeface similar to DEC's original font makes full UTF-8 support... difficult.
