I recently heard an interesting fact. You cometimes seem to get unreasonable "requests" and expectations from you boss. Generally only from the owner or someone high up in the organisation. The reason is that, over time, these people become literally unable to understand that their employees/subordinates don't have the same experience as them. Being high up they are usually very invested in the business, whereas lower down employees are there because it's a job, they work there for the money. But it gets increasingly hard for people who really want the company to succeed to understand this.
