al-Qadim encounter tables go org-mode

I’ve converted the encounter table pages from AQ’s monstrous compendium appendix to org-mode which makes them easier to modify in a text editor or one of the specific org-mode editors out there.

This is them just straight up as they appeared in 2e except that it’s an org-mode file instead of PDF.

This is just going to be a starting point for me because we play this weird hybrid of 2e and 5e, and I would want to add page numbers and so on, but it’s a start.
