     1/2  cup           Unsalted butter -- cut in 4

     1/2  cup           Lard -- cut in 4 pieces
   1 1/2  cups          Water or complimentary fruit -- juice
                        Shucks or wrappers of choice

   3                    Oranges
   3                    Lemons
   4      cups          Water
     1/2  cup           Sugar
