Translated news script to V lang

The first script was made in Python, but I wanted to make the CGIs using V lang.

V lang is a quite new and unmature language, but with a nice set of features I like. I didn't figure out how to make Gemini CGIs using it, but after my first experiment in Pyhon I started to figure out.

So the current version of the CGI is compiled using V.
