I think crypto is pretty cool and I love the idea of decentralization and I think Monero is the best crypto currency currently because it is private unlike bitcoin with no public ledger. One of its only problems is that many crypto exchanges don't accept it and goverments don't like it but as a reminder this is not investing advice for that ask an expert (Not me!) and I don't think you have come to the right place for that.
