IDK, I wanted to make another journal entry, so I guess I'm doing this here.

Now that that's out of the way, lemme go ahead and head into another mindset here
A lot of glib and unexpressive dismissiveness has been catching my view as of late from peers of my generation. IDK if this whole thing w/ the world, state of U.S. policy, economy, plus the antitrust tech case is either getting to me and makin' me lose sight of what to focus on or if everything prev mentioned is simply being shrugged off n brushed to the side by people who could barely fathom why there's so much "negative energy" when all they do is complain about "cancel culture" this or "libt*rd snowflake" that.
You have to understand, I come from a town where a street up downtowwn is called "Buck Owens Boulevard" yeesh (which I'm sure should make it easy for you to pinpoint.) All it is is podunk neocon brain wash.
For reference, C****s M****n passed in a hospital here and there were people that mourned. It's a buncha weirdoes, man, not just in this town but all over the nation looks like. It's so surreal, so nightmareish, it feels like some kinda Twin Peaks arc and it really bugs me a lot.
I guess the above format test was just a way for me to distract my mind a bit along with having recently been binging the retro web and the gemini space, which I wonder here n there if it defeats the purpose of what all this is meant for, which would be to break away from those habitual antics to sift and scour a buncha pages at a time.
Then again, that's always happened with online services, right? Since the 80s, people have gone to BBS to discuss topics and besides the current events find interests they all can relate with together.
Nothing wrong with a web community, and as long as what's happening is organic and not influenced by algorithmic manipulation, eh? I could be wrong. Any addiction can be problematic when out of control.
That said, I'm enjoying my time here. A lot better than the rest of the world rn .-.
