Please follow the batch submission process described below.

Recipe category template

Download the Recipe category template .zip file
Unzip the .zip file
Place one plaintext file per recipe in the appropriate category
Create a new .zip file containing the organized recipes
Upload the .zip file somewhere with a public link
Post a description and the link to the tilde.food+drink newsgroup.
I will link to the new recipes in the changelog after i add them.
