lost yesterday to crisis management
frustrated that wei are so often in that space
today was therabee day, first time since the beginning of it actually going into the office.
was kinda of anxious due to being in public. so kind of disengaged from body sensations during. still feeling a little disassociated, but also have some energy and have done some self care things
talked about being in that crisis space, and realized wei have this desire / trauma response of being understood and stuff, and that wei don't have problems with articulating what wei mean, but that others are so often not validating to what wei say, so it became a belief of muirs that it was muir problem.
-wei'll try to be more honest and to let the invalidation slide off
not seeking validation from others seems safe, and as a result, socializing with others becomes an expression of who wei are, rather than seeking to be validated by others.
the problem then becomes to figure out how wei want to express muirselfs without being controlled by that need to be externally validated
