This is the second version of the OLGA browser for DOS.
New features:
* The index file will now be sorted during installation, so we don't
need to do this every time we start OLGABR. So the program should
work faster now.
* You'll need less permanent disk space, because the index file can
be stored compressed.
* The program now has a nice bold font. :)
* Some bugs have been fixed.
