My favourite self-help books

I realized that reading books can have a deep impact on our lives. I usually read non-fiction, self-help type of books.

Here's a list of my favourite books (in no particular order).

Atomic Habits: An Easy & Proven Way to Build Good Habits & Break Bad Ones - by James Clear.
Deep Work: Rules for Focused Success in a Distracted World - by Cal Newport.
Sapiens: A Brief History of Humankind - by Yuval Harari.
Psychology of Money - by Morgan Housel
Power of Now - by Eckhart Tolle

These books have made a huge impact on my life and my perspective. Do check them out. You can even start off by reading/watching a book summary.
