Almost a month into the new semester, and things certainly feel different.

It's a rainy day on campus. Huddled around a University computer I type out my latest glog over ssh on windows command prompt. The dark computer lab contrasts nicely with the glow of my monitor.

Midterm Status Report

I've been doing much better this semester both mentally and academically. I've sorted out my financials with a big help from my parents and an official move-in to my boyfriend's apartment. Over the coming 8 weeks I will have an increased workload with an additional two classes. Hopefully my current pandemic study situation works out with the addition of more responsibilities.

DnD is back on the menu

It's been a long time since the covid-bubble I found myself in got together to play some RPGs like we did last year, so hearing the DM of the group talk about his ideas for a new campaign was a chance I would not let go of. Just this past monday we've had our second session of the campaign and it looks like this one will be a game that keeps on going. The dynamics of the party are all falling into place, everyone seems to be getting their own places to shine in the party, and most importantly we all come back from the sessions laughing and smiling about what happened. I'm psyched to see where this one goes.

This is a short one, just wanted to get back into the habit of typing my thoughts out into the void again, hopefully the next post will be more focused and less journal-ey.
