2022-05-12: Patience

I'm stalled out on my projects right now and tired. This weight gain sucks, not even the weight but how I'm unused to moving around and short of breath because of it. And irritation is setting in because I feel trapped here. So, patience. As best I can.

If the irritation is because of a crash in mood, it's pretty normal, and duration is a couple weeks at worst. And if not? The directions I need to move will become clearer and easier to act on if I neither embrace nor reject the irritation. (I'm using the dialectical behavior therapy model here, if any of this sounds frustratingly new-age.)
