   3       oz           Shrimp, small -- cooked & dice
     1/2   t            Salt
     1/2   t            Pepper, black
     1/2   ea           Cabbage, small -- very finely
   4       ea           Egg -- beaten
   2       ea           Scallion -- finely sliced

  Heat the oil in a wok.  Add the onion, garlic, shrimp, salt and pepper
  and stir-fry until the onions are translucent.  Mix in the cabbage and
  then add the eggs.  Cook, stirring, until the eggs are set.  Transfer
  to serving dish and garnish with scallions.
