0.50 ts Cinnamon

1.50 c Coconut milk
Combine all ingredients except coconut milk in a heavy pot. Pour in
1 c coconut milk & simmer over a low heat until the plantain is
tender & milk is absorbed. Add more mil if necessary. Serve hot.
