Moan

Welp. This doesn't add anything to the conversation but I am feeling all kinds of down and a big part of it is the one year anniversary of the start of the pandemic (as observed here in Ontario, Canada, that is).

I cannot believe my brain is so easily manipulated by the fact that it's been a year: it's honestly no different than being 11 months or 13 months. I think part of it is the fact that it was my birthday at the weekend (which was pleasant) and that was really the first thing that I "cancelled" last year.

Oh well. There's a lot worse things going on, but I still feel better for screaming into the void.
