Онлайн- и офлайн-навигатор; карты всех стран мира, огромный функционал (из которого я, наверное, использую лишь сотую часть). Мой личный подход: загружаю необходимые карты, после чего запрещаю приложению соединение с сетью.
Недостатки: а) может содержать несвободные компоненты или дополнения; б) "политкорректные" составители карт из OpenStreetMap показывают не всю территорию Израиля, наивно считая пропущенные участки "палестинскими землями".
