Maladaptive Coping Mechanisms
Intro
Here's where wei'll try to list some maladaptive coping mechanisms wei find muirselfs falling into.
This isn't meant to shame, but rather to name and recognize so that wei may learn to not fall into the same maladaptive coping mechanism that the body has relied upon.
If wei do find muirselfs falling into these patterns again, wei should respond with love and self acceptance. This can look like, reading a list of positive things about muirselfs wei've written down before, mantras, validating the trigger, validating the emotional response, checking in with others from the kulupu.
