This method dates back to mid-2013, as probably should be evident by the lack of https in the links. It has been tested on 2021-04-17 and DOES NOT work anymore. I have saved it here for historical purposes only.
Go to: http://www.apmmusic.com/myapm/main.php
Search/browse tracks and find one you want to download. Look at the track info; you're looking for the Track ID. This is the track's AK.
Example CD: Around The World In 80 Minutes 4
Example track: Canterbury Tales
Example AK: KPM_KPM_0073_01101
Break up the AK by underscores. Number the sections starting at 0.
0: KPM
1: KPM
2: 0073
3: 01101
