A very grey and misty day, I left home with a very light mist floating around and it gradually got thicker as I rode to work, arriving with wet arms and face in what was almost a very light rain
I'm not sure if they are louder, or just more noticeable when everything visual is dulled out, but the Rainbow lorikeets[1] seemed to be shrieking loudly everywhere on the ride, then again as I went out for a walk around the block at lunchtime. Do they call louder when its dull, or does everything else just sit quietly?
