JAGS-PHP (Gemini Server) Update

I updated JAGS[1] to make more than one (sub) domain possible. I also optimized the code a little bit.

Please note, that it isn't a simple "pull and all fine" - update. The structure of the config.php has changed.

Nun ist es auch möglich mehrere (sub-)Domains direkt in einer Instanz von JAGS zu verwalten/auszuliefern und die obligatorischen Codeoptimierungen mussten auch sein.

Achtung beim Update: Es ist nicht möglich einfach den Server via "pull und alles ist ok" zu aktualisieren. Die Struktur der config.php hat sich geändert.
