I typically use Neomutt for my email client on my linux disk.
I enjoy the level of configurability that Neomutt offers, but its key binding and pattern-matching system is much too arcane I feel. I am always having to google the pattern-matching syntax, and reading through its list of unintuitive key-bindings every now and then is very tedious.
Then there's the fact that it uses a lot of very outdated terminology. What the hell does it mean to "Bounce" a message?
Mutt's bizarre "space bar + minus-key" paging functionality is also incredibly unintuitive. Maybe it made sense on some ancient BBS?
Can anyone recommend a configurable TUI email client that is a bit more user-friendly?

try ‘aerc’ I have been using it for past 6 months and I’m quite happy with it. the only downside is that I’m not sure any active development is going on ATM
