Hex loose hints

Back in the past, there were 3 hexademical strings of 256 byte length found on the onion sites. Each of them was accompanied by a html comment. I will recite them here:

The missing hex

Now, we can see the order in which they appeared:

761, 1033, 3301

What I find curious is that:

761 ends with a 1
1033 start with a 1 and ends with a 3
3301 starts with a 3 and ends with a 1

Additionally, all the three of them are primes AND emirps.

All of this beg the question: where's the missing <1--167-->?

167 is an emirp too (logically), it's a reverse of 761 (just like 1033 is a reverse of 3301), and (and this only occurs to me now) it ends with a 7, while 761 starts with a 7.

If we had this missing hex commented as , then we could finally have all the four which form a kind of a neat circle:

761 -> 1033
 ^       v
167 <- 3301

As of now, I'm not sure what this circle could mean or give us, but it's kind of... nice to have.

Sexagesimal

Let's now turn our attention to the weird sequence of numbers and letters that's present on pages #66 (#49) to #68 (#51). It has been universally thought to be a base-60 (sexagesimal) sequence, and I tend to agree with it (cuneiform hints on that; usage of base-58 or 59 here would be a nonsequitur).

What's nice about this that, when converting to decimals, the largest of values is 255, which _begs_ _bytes_. Even more tastier: there are 256 of them.

My hypothesis is that this sexagesimal sequence could be the missing  hex value. Converted to hex, this value becomes:

All sorts of things could be tried here. Those can be XORed, but it's already been done (to be clear, I'm not the first person to translate sexagesimal sequence to hex).

I'm not sure yet what to do with this. I'm thinking of ways of how to think of these hexes in terms of a circle. Circumference. Hmm...
