This is my first Gemini post, which is fitting becuase of the space theme! I saw the launch in person it was the SN10 Starship, it happend less than an hour ago and was really cool to watch. It looked like a bullet off in the distance, the youtube anouncer guys called it a starship which must be what they call SpaceX ships?
In the distance I saw flames around the rocket, then it started to go up! That probably sounds lame, but it looked so cool! It took a while for the sound to reach us, but when it did it was loud. It went up to 10 KM, then it went horisontal. it glided down slowly on its side, it was probably actually going fast though.
When it got closer to the ground the thrusters turned back on and righted itself. It made several corrections and finnaly landed. It looked like a perfect flight! Later though the ship blew up after it lande for some reason. Anyways the flight seemed perfect so I bet SpaceX is happy. I'm glad this star ship worked so well, the last ones blew up at earlier stages.
I'm not really interseted in space exploratioration and that kind of stuff, but what I saw today was awesome! SpaceX goal is to get people on other planets, I wouldn't go if they ask me though. Who wants to live in a fish tank on Mars?
