Burnout when you can't take a break

I'm hitting a bad kind of burnout right now. A scary kind of burnout.

I'm having trouble reading and thinking. Coding is going really fucking slow.

I'm getting scared of how much effort everything is taking.

It's just all so fucking hard and yet I have so many jobs and I'm behind in all of them.

God fucking help me.
