Midnight Pub

life is but a scheme

~inquiry

Today does my age rise unto the level of my birth year.

"Does" because I was afternoon born, and this be some morning typery.

Can't tell you how happy I am to have found my old "chill" CDs.

(Can't help but remember how it was wrecked for me. There I was, late 1990s / early 2000s, gobbling up as much chill/chillout genre music as possible, when suddenly search engines headed directions such that the terms 'chill' or 'chillout' became useless search targets for my musical needs. Bah.)

Guy across the street is working on his and his girlfriend's Harleys.

The guy next to them is allegedly an ancient sex offender who never leaves his house - oh my the collections of "stuff" both frontyard and back!

The neighbors directly to our west are absolutely perfect... I mean to the point where the guy actually took upon himself replacing support beams in *our* fence.

I'm stuck in a bit of a two song loop from one of those chill/chillout CDs, the second of which features a vocalist I've long adored: Zoe Johnston (e.g. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0RPIbrN0N1Y).

So... let's see... should I add percussion to one of the 27-year-old's songs...? Do some dishes? Lay out some more weed 'n feed?

Good day brewing for the outside stuff, allegedly up to 66F.

Fuck the work. This is way more a dance-naked-outdoors-on-an-unusually-warm-March-birthday kind of day.

happy annual solar rotation day, may the next one bring you ever closer to a better search engine!

Happy birthday I guess. Also, what kind of genre is chill?

Okay then... finally figured out the title/artist of the second song mentioned above (fucking CDs with little to no markings/verbiage on them)... apparently "Swollen" by "Bent":

Swollen

Definitely my kind of tune!
